Blanch duck meat with ginger slices and drain.

Heat oil in a hot pan, make the oil wider, add onion, ginger and Zhuhou sauce, stir-fry.

Add the duck meat and sauté over medium heat for five minutes.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce and sugar and simmer for five minutes.

Add boiling water and bring to a boil.

Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for thirty minutes.

When the soup is gone, turn off the heat.

Remove from the pan.
