Mutton roasted with radish
Overview
There are many stalls for buying mutton in the wet market, and they all look good. I bought it from the one at the top of the market. Originally I didn't want to buy too much, just enough for one meal, but the meat buyer was ruthless and it cost more than a kilogram in one cut. Mima had to eat it in two parts, once stewed and once roasted, to change the taste. The main ingredients are radish and mutton. The cooking method is different, and the taste is also different. It is more delicious when cooked, and the children will eat it more deliciously.

Cut the mutton into small pieces, add onions and ginger slices and blanch them.

Dice radish and onion and set aside.

Wash the blanched mutton to remove the foam, and use warm water as much as possible when washing.

Put the blanched mutton and cut radishes into an electric pressure cooker and add two tablespoons of sesame oil.

Two tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Two tablespoons of braised sauce, if not available, use braised soy sauce.
