Cut the meat into shreds, add soy sauce and dry starch and mix well.

Slice the mushrooms, blanch them in boiling water and set aside.

Cut the garlic into sections and set aside.

Chop green onions, shredded ginger and garlic slices and set aside. Since there was no ginger at home, I only chopped green onions. I personally don’t like to eat cooked garlic, so I didn’t prepare garlic slices.

Heat oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add marinated shredded pork or sliced meat and stir-fry.

Add the mushrooms and continue to stir-fry.

Add the garlic, a little salt, and light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.

After the garlic is stir-fried until it loses its spiciness, take it out of the pan and serve it on a plate.
