Cold sesame oil and fungus
Overview
Fungus detoxifies and nourishes the skin, and also helps you lose weight. I have been eating too much fish and meat recently, so I would like to try some weight-loss dishes if you like them:

Soak the fungus in advance

Boil water in a pot, blanch the fungus, then remove, drain and set aside.

Prepare onions and garlic

Dice cucumber and carrot and set aside

Chili oil (add more if you like spicy food) sesame oil

Put the onion, garlic, salt, sesame oil, chili oil and sesame oil into the fungus first
