The leftover radish from making radish honey water yesterday is not wasted. It is easy and quick to make hot and sour radish.

Slice the white radish, marinate in salt and drain the water. Mine was marinated in honey, so I skipped this step and no need to marinate it again.

Cut some peppers.

Add sugar and white vinegar. This time I added salt because it was marinated in honey.

Mix well and let it sit for about an hour until the flavor is absorbed.
