Family Braised Pork

Wash and cut the pork belly into pieces, marinate with light soy sauce, salt, oil and pepper for 15-30 minutes.

Heat a pan, heat a little oil, add pork belly and stir-fry for a while to release the oil.

Add an appropriate amount of white sugar and stir-fry until coloured.

Add an appropriate amount of water, two drops of dark soy sauce, an appropriate amount of salt, a little chicken essence, and cook over high heat for 2-5 minutes.

Add the bean paste and chili sauce, and a little bit of white sugar, stir well, then reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes, until the juice is infused.

Add appropriate amount of cornstarch water to make the juice thick.

Add appropriate amount of chopped green onion and sesame seeds, turn off the heat and cook.
