Put glutinous rice flour and cornstarch into a large bowl and mix well.

Add milk and stir into a smooth batter.

Add sugar and mix well.

Add corn oil and mix well.

Place in a steamer and steam for about 20 minutes.

Stir the cooked glutinous rice dough with chopsticks and let cool.

Dip your hands into cold water, divide the glutinous rice balls into small portions, and divide the bean paste into small portions.

Take a small piece of dough, press it into a cake and add the bean paste filling.
