When you have free time, make some small wontons and freeze them in the refrigerator. They are good for breakfast or late night snacks.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the washed parsley and scald until soft.

Add cooking wine and five-spice powder to the meat filling and stir evenly. Beat until smooth.

Put the blanched parsley in cold water and let it cool down several times, then chop it into small pieces and squeeze out the water.

Mix the chopped parsley and meat filling and season with salt. If you feel the filling is a little dry, you can add some water.

Soak the shrimp skin in water for about 10 minutes.

Wrapped small wontons.

Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, add an appropriate amount of small wontons, and bring to a boil.
