When the pumpkin is steamed, use a spoon to scoop out the pumpkin puree. Don’t waste the pumpkin skin and just eat it

Crush the pumpkin into a fine paste and add an egg and mix well

Add bread flour, sugar, salt and butter and knead until expanded

After fermentation and deflation, divide into small portions and wrap them with bean paste filling

Four strings are arranged in a rice shape

Tie the wrapped bread with string and make it into a pumpkin shape

Place the finished product on the baking sheet

Brush a layer of egg pumpkin paste (reserved in advance when kneading the dough)

Place in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 20 minutes

If you want to bake it, take off the rope. It’s okay if you don’t take it, but it’s a little weird when you eat it
