In the previous stage, I bought two bags of Cantonese sausages from Taobao. Just thinking about making a Cantonese sausage claypot rice. Today, I had some free time and made this sausage clay pot rice.

Take a casserole and pour cooking oil on it.

Wash the rice and put it into a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water and soak it for 1 hour (the purpose of soaking is to soften the core of the rice grains so as not to cause uncooked rice).

After the rice grains are soaked, pour half a spoonful of cooking oil into it and stir evenly. Cook rice on the electric stove.

Prepare 4 small rapeseeds and clean them.

Cook the small rapeseed in a pot of boiling water (put a few drops of cooking oil and a little salt in the pot), take it out after cooking.

When the rice is cooked, add sliced Chinese sausage, sprinkle with shredded ginger, and beat in an egg.

Seasoning bowl: Pour two spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oil, 1 spoon of sesame oil, half a spoon of sugar, half a spoon of salt into the bowl, and add an appropriate amount of water.

Pour in the sauce and add the rapeseed.
