Slice the plum meat into slices, then cut into dices and mince.

Add salt to the minced meat, thirteen spices, an appropriate amount of water and mix well, add two kinds of mushrooms, a small amount of oil, fresh soy sauce, continue to stir in a clockwise direction, then add the fried peppercorns, aniseed oil and oyster sauce.
