Overview
Dad’s favorite is mutton, so I cook it in different ways for him. How can I miss out on mutton during the winter tonic period? The bones are delicious when chewed!

Pour the lamb and scorpion into the water. When the pot is boiling, take out the meat so that it is less likely to be stained with foam

Add oil to the wok, heat it up and add all the ingredients except the dried chilies. I added some rock sugar for color

When all the ingredients are fragrant, add the lamb and scorpions and stir-fry

Add cooking wine and dark soy sauce, stir-fry until the color is slightly yellow

Add water and bring to a boil

Add dried chili pepper. I have children at home and the chili pepper only enhances the flavor. You can add chili pepper according to your personal preference

First simmer on high heat for 20 minutes, then switch to low heat and simmer until the meat is tender. Add coriander when taking it out of the pot. It tastes delicious😁
