Spicy Cumin Potatoes

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.

Dice onion, green and red pepper.

Boil the potato pieces in a pot until they are tender, remove and drain.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry starch to coat each potato with a thin layer of dry starch.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the potato cubes.

Fry potatoes until golden brown.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add green, red pepper, and diced onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add chili powder and continue to stir-fry.

Add potato cubes and stir-fry quickly.

Add salt, sugar and cumin powder and stir-fry evenly.

Remove from pan and plate.
