Overview
Today is Laba Festival, which is a traditional Chinese festival, commonly known as Laba Festival. The festival falls on the eighth day of the twelfth lunar month every year. The custom of this festival is to drink Laba porridge. Sweet porridge or salty porridge all depends on your personal taste. For this year’s Laba Festival, I cooked salty bacon porridge, baked some sweet bean pancakes, stir-fried a side dish, and it was a meal for the whole family.
