King Oyster Mushroom with Sesame Sauce
Overview
The Chinese New Year is coming soon, and there is another table full of meat and fish, which makes me feel burdened just thinking about it. For an overweight person like me, vegetarian food is still the best choice. In the morning, my mother bought a few king oyster mushrooms and wanted to stir-fry them, but then I wanted to try making them into cold dishes. The result was a success. My mother said it was delicious and I can show it off to my family during the Chinese New Year~

Steam the king oyster mushrooms for 5 minutes, take them out, let cool and tear into thin strips.

After blanching the spinach, remove excess water

While steaming the king oyster mushrooms, prepare the sauce~ (dissolve the sesame paste in warm water and stir into a paste), add seafood soy sauce, chicken essence, salt, vinegar, fish sauce, chili oil, and Sichuan pepper oil and mix well

Put the shredded king oyster mushrooms into a bowl, put spinach around them, pour the sesame sauce over their heads, and finally add some coriander to garnish~
