Rotten meat and green beans
Overview
I chopped the stuffing to make dumplings and left a little bit of rotten meat. I bought a pound of edamame and peeled out exactly half a pound. I cooked the rotten meat and green beans together and served it with rice

One pound of edamame peels out half a pound of green beans. In these extraordinary times, buying edamame is easy to store.

Dice or slice green onions, ginger and garlic, cut green onions into flowers, add appropriate amount of water starch to minced meat and mix well and set aside.

Pour oil into a hot pan, heat 60% to medium heat and stir-fry onions, ginger and garlic.

Stir-fry and add minced meat.

When the minced meat is oily, pour in the green beans.

Stir fry a few times and add half a bowl of water.

Add star anise, a little salt and a little light soy sauce, bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until the green beans are soft and cooked.

Collect the water, remove the star anise and cook.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions for a refreshing meal.
