Blanch the thin slices of Chinese cabbage in boiling water

After blanching, wash the cabbage and drain it. Cut the pork belly into thin slices and set aside

Heat oil in a pot, add pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color. Add chopped green onion and a little dark soy sauce
