Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare a juicy, fresh large radish. As for this radish, the green-skinned one I chose tastes better when made.
-
Peel and cut into thin strips.
-
Put a little bit of salt to marinate it. You can put some salt and squeeze out the excess water from the radish.
-
Write dry moisture. The ratio of starch to crispy fried chicken powder is 1:2.
-
Add five-spice powder and peppercorns.
-
Break in an egg.
-
We mix it well.
-
Add oil to the pan. Grab a handful of shredded radish with your hands and shape into meatballs. When the oil is 50% warm, add the meatballs.
-
Once set, turn to low heat. Fry the other side. Because this radish can be eaten raw, the frying time should not be too long to keep its texture and moisture.
-
Remove from the pot and sprinkle with dried chili powder.
