Appropriate amount of rice.

Dice ham and bell pepper, blanch broccoli in boiling water and tear into small florets.

Marinate an appropriate amount of shrimps with cooking wine, black pepper, and salt to remove the fishy smell.

Heat appropriate amount of oil.

Fry the rice and carrots for two to three minutes until they are loose and moist.

Pour in various ingredients and stir-fry evenly. (I forgot to take a picture of the carrot😬)

Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
