  1. Prepare all the ingredients, wash and cut into shreds. Boil water for two minutes. Remove from cold water. Drain and pour into a plate.

  2. Onion, garlic, black pepper sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt and oyster sauce. Spread the seasoning on top of the prepared enoki mushrooms

  3. The last step is to stir-fry Sichuan peppercorns in peanut oil until smoking. Turn off the heat and pour in the enoki mushrooms on the plate. Sprinkle with coriander and a fragrant cold dish is completed. It is simple and delicious😋
