Overview

Two days ago, I watched the Minions with big eyes and the trio of Minions: Kevin, Bob, and Stewart. I think they are very cute. Although I don’t understand their language, I really like their appearance. The friendship and unity between them are amazing. I used the weekend to make this mini bun, which is cute and good-looking.

  1. Put the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first and then dry powder. Add pumpkin puree and select the dough function. Knead until the surface is smooth, add butter cut into small pieces and continue kneading until the dough is completely expanded.

  2. Place the dough into a container and let rise until doubled in size.

  3. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, roll into balls and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 15 minutes. Place the rested dough into the mold and continue to ferment until doubled in size.

  4. Then start making chocolate cookie dough and plain cookie dough. (Omit the recipe for this recipe. The excess cookie dough can be used to make cookies creatively.) Use a rolling pin to roll out the chocolate cookie dough and use a scraper to cut out long strips to make glasses straps.

  5. Place the glasses strap in the center of the main dough, and use a mold remover to attach the eye straps tightly to the main body of the minion.

  6. Use piping nozzles of different sizes to press out circles of different sizes on the white cookie dough and the chocolate cookie dough. After pressing the white biscuit circle, use a smaller piping nozzle to press out a smaller circle, so that the black part of the eye can be exposed at the back.

  7. Attach the pressed chocolate circles to the eyeband.

  9. Then use the remaining chocolate cookie dough to poke a small amount into a long curved strip to serve as the mouth of the minion.

  10. Brush the bread with milk, preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 25 minutes, unmold it immediately after taking it out of the oven and let it cool.
