One pickled bamboo shoot and one pickled cabbage

Slice garlic and cut pepper into sections (there is vegetable oil on the basin, so you can ignore it)

Fish slices

Add starch, salt, ginger powder, black pepper, and cooking wine to the fish

Mix well and set aside

Heat oil, add to pan and fry for two minutes

Pour in the pickled cabbage and pickled bamboo shoots, stir-fry for two minutes
