Shacha Mushroom Bacon Rice Rolls

The rice is cooked a little dry.

Add the sand tea sauce, tomato sauce, and soy sauce to a small bowl and mix thoroughly; set aside; cut the coriander into sections.

Wash and slice the mushrooms and fry in oil until golden brown.

Add the rice and stir-fry, then pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat.

Add chopped seaweed seasoning and coriander and mix well.

Catch the fried rice into small rice balls with your hands.

Cut the bacon slices in half and roll up the rice ball with the seam facing down.

Add a little bit of water to the remaining sauce, bring it to a boil, and brush a layer on the bacon.

Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
