Soak the chicken bones in cold water for a while and wash them.

Boil fresh tofu skewers in hot water and wash them (if using dry tofu skewers, soak them overnight).

Cut the onion and coriander into sections, slice the ginger, mash the garlic into a puree, add a little water and mix well.

Put chicken bones and tofu skewers into an electric pressure cooker, pour in appropriate amount of hot water, add onions, ginger, bay leaves, cumin and salt and stew.

Simmer for 50 minutes, pick out the onion and ginger, add cumin powder and bring to a boil to taste.

Put the tofu skewers into a bowl, add coriander segments and minced garlic, and pour in chicken broth.
