Garlic Noodle Dishes
Overview
In order to participate in this wild vegetable recipe collection event, I spent the weekend looking for wild vegetables everywhere. After two days of digging, we really found a lot of wild vegetables. One of them is the noodle dish. Noodles are a common wild vegetable here. They can usually be harvested in mid-March. They are considered to be the best tasting wild vegetables. Because it is more delicious than shepherd's purse, it is more difficult to harvest than shepherd's purse, because there are much less wild noodle vegetables than shepherd's purse. As the name suggests, noodle dishes are the best partner with noodles. Because I have posted a recipe for noodles made with it before, I will eat it in a different way today. Blanch it and then cool it. The minced garlic is poured with hot oil to fully stimulate the aroma. It tastes good and retains more nutrients.
