Overview
This bread has a faint scent of osmanthus, and the sweet bean paste filling tastes great. I wish the children will grow up healthily and happily!

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients for making bread (except butter) into the bread machine barrel and knead the dough. Then add butter and continue kneading until a light-transmitting film can be pulled out. Cut off the power and ferment until the dough doubles in size.
-
Brush the surface with ingredients and set aside.
-
Divide the risen dough into six small balls, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes.
-
Each ball of bean paste filling is about 25 grams.
-
Roll the dough into a small round shape and wrap it with bean paste,
-
Then roll it into a long oval shape, and make 5 vertical cuts on the long oval shape without cutting off the head and tail.
-
Roll up the cut dough,
-
Make 2 circles around your thumb, shape and place into a baking pan.
-
Lightly brush the surface of the fermented dough with a layer of egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in the oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.

Bread fresh out of the oven.
