Remove the old leaves from spinach and wash them in water.

Blanch the washed spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds.

Rinse the blanched spinach in cold water and cut into three sections.

Arrange chopped spinach on a plate.

Peel and chop garlic, finely chop chili and Sichuan peppercorns.

Sprinkle chopped garlic, chili, and Sichuan peppercorns into the spinach plate.

Put the pot on the heat, pour in an appropriate amount of oil and heat it until green smoke starts to come out from the edge of the pot. Pour the hot oil on the peppercorns and chili peppers to bring out the aroma.
