Grilled Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms
Overview
Lentinus edodes is known as the king of mountain delicacies. It is a nutritious food with high protein and low fat. China is rich in food, and stuffed mushrooms are a smart invention of Chinese cuisine. Make mushrooms into a bag, add meat fillings, and it becomes delicious stuffed mushrooms. Then use an air fryer to bake them, and the aroma will be overflowing.

Wash the fresh mushrooms, remove the feet and make cross marks on the back;

Mix minced lean meat, corn kernels, shiitake mushrooms, salt, oil, soy sauce, chives, and cornstarch into a filling;
