Prepare ingredients: matsutake mushrooms, tripe mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. Accessories: soy sauce, ginger, water starch, and some garlic. You don’t have any at home.

Assorted mushroom slices.

Add all kinds of mushrooms and stir-fry, the order is: first relax the mushrooms, then add the tripe mushrooms, add the ginger, and add the enoki mushrooms. (If you like garlic, you can add some garlic slices and stir-fry before taking it out of the pan.)

Finally, water starch thickens the gravy.
