Stir-fried green beans
Overview
Green beans are rich in nutrients, but they must be cooked before cooking. Uncooked green beans will be poisonous if eaten, so whenever I buy them, I always cook them carefully. Sometimes I blanch them in water and then stir-fry them, or I stir-fry them and put them in a casserole and then simmer them. There are many people who will not stop cooking until the skins are peeled off. Haha~ I like to use dry stir-fry cooking recently, and it is still delicious~
