Overview

Green beans are rich in nutrients, but they must be cooked before cooking. Uncooked green beans will be poisonous if eaten, so whenever I buy them, I always cook them carefully. Sometimes I blanch them in water and then stir-fry them, or I stir-fry them and put them in a casserole and then simmer them.
