Prepare pork belly

After the water boils, add the pork belly and cook for 20 minutes

Mix honey and white vinegar, stir evenly, apply evenly on the meat skin, brush and let dry. Heat oil in a pot, add pork belly when the oil is hot, and cover the pot

Pour off the oil from the pot, stir-fry the onion, ginger, star anise, strawberry, and cinnamon over low heat. Add 1 tablespoon of five-spice powder and stir-fry evenly. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt and bring to a boil

Add the meat pieces, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, add chicken essence and rock sugar

Place the meat skin side down into a bowl, then pour in the soup

Soak the dried beans overnight in advance. Wash and cut the soaked beans into about 1 cm

Heat a little oil in a pan, add onions and ginger and stir-fry

Add the beans and add salt and chicken essence. Cover the meat

Steam for about 1 and a half hours (add water once in the middle to avoid burning the pot)

After steaming, pour the soup into the pot to thicken the meat, place the steamed meat on a plate, and pour in the thickening soup
