Tofu and pork pie
Overview
My husband loves meat, my son loves tofu, and I love eating and making pasta, so we came up with this pie that all three of us love to eat. Just like our family, we have me in you and you in me. We tolerate and care for each other, and we have this taste of happiness!

Use boiling water to scald the noodles into a flocculent shape.

Add some wet water and knead the dough into a smooth dough, then let it rest for a while and start making the filling.

Crush the tofu and mix well with the meat filling. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil, salt, oyster sauce, pepper and minced green onion and mix well.

Cut the noodles into small pieces.

Roll out the dough into a bun wrapper and fill it with fillings.

Wrap into bun shape.

Turn the bun over and flatten it with your hands.

Brush a layer of oil on the pancake and fry.

Brush the other side with oil as well.

When one side is golden, turn over and continue frying.

Once both sides are golden brown, serve on a plate.
