Fried Pork with Potatoes

My kids like to eat it very much, especially when it is cut into strips. They call it French fries🍟.

Cut the potatoes and rinse with water several times to remove excess starch.

Prepare onions, ginger and garlic.

Add the cut pork to starchy soy sauce and oil, mix well and marinate for a while.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Stir-fry pork.

When the pork is sixty-seven or fully cooked, add the potatoes.

Add salt and stir-fry until the potatoes are cooked or if you like them soft, add a little water and cover the pot to simmer.

Add green onions before serving, stir well and turn off heat.
