Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients
-
Wash the plum meat, cut into small cubes and set aside
-
Put the cut meat into the crisper
-
Add 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp cooking wine, 1/2 tsp allspice, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp starch, 3 tsp cooking oil and mix well
-
Marinate for at least 2 hours (I marinated it the first night and put it in the refrigerator, and grilled it the next day and it was very delicious)
-
Soak toothpicks for about 30 minutes to prevent them from burning
-
Use toothpicks to skewer the marinated meat, about 3 to 4 pieces of meat per stick
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place evenly on the baking sheet (I made a few longer ones)
-
Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin powder, and white sesame seeds
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes
-
Take it out and brush it with 2 teaspoons of honey, then continue baking for about 5 minutes
-
Tender, fragrant, and very delicious with rice...
