  4. Heat the pan and pour in cooking oil. After the oil is slightly hot, turn down the heat and fry the scallion pancakes. You need to control the time. The thinner and smaller the pancakes are, the shorter the time will be. It took me 4 minutes to fry one pancake (both sides).
