Wash the hairtail and cut both sides with a knife, add salt, cooking wine, green onions and shredded ginger, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Remove the onions and ginger from the marinated hairtail, drain the water with absorbent paper and set aside.

Pat both sides of the hairtail fish evenly with flour and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, then add the powdered hairtail fish and fry.

Fry frequently and fry until golden brown. Take it out.

Sprinkle pepper, cumin powder, chili powder, red pepper powder, chive segments and white sesame seeds evenly on both sides of the hairtail fish and serve.
