Cut the dark chocolate and 60g butter into small pieces, put them in a bowl over water, melt and mix well

Add 20g white sugar, 5g syrup, 3g baking powder, 1g salt, 10g cocoa powder, 2 eggs, then sift in 80g flour and stir until smooth

Pour the batter into a baking bowl lined with tin foil and set aside

Cheese batter: Mix softened cream cheese and 20g softened butter evenly, then add 20g fine sugar, 1 egg, and 25g flour and mix well

Spoon the cheese batter randomly onto the brownie batter

Use a toothpick to draw the desired texture between the two batters

Add an appropriate amount of hot water to the baking pan and put it into a baking bowl. Place the baking pan into the oven and bake at 160 degrees for about 40 minutes. Unmold the cake after it has cooled completely
