Crispy meatballs
Overview
My children especially like to eat crispy vegetables and snacks. I used to give him fried chicken and rice popsicles, but today I tried using minced meat and shrimp, but I didn’t expect it to taste amazing.

Prepare 150g minced meat

Peel and devein fresh shrimps, finely chop them

Put in all the materials

Mix well

Prepare three bowls, one part cornstarch, one part egg liquid, and one part bread crumbs

Take an appropriate amount of minced meat and roll it into a ball (not too big, as it will be difficult to cook if it is too big) and coat it with a layer of corn starch

Coat it with a layer of egg wash

Coat with a layer of bread crumbs

Wrap them in order and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot (when the chopsticks are put into the oil pot and small bubbles appear, you can put the meatballs down)

Add the meatballs and fry over low heat until golden brown. Remove and control the oil.
