Zucchini and meat wontons
Overview
When making dumplings and wontons, I like to add a variety of vegetables as fillings. The ingredients are rich, the nutrition is more balanced, and the taste is pretty good.

Chop the lean meat into mince, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, water starch and mix well. Grate the zucchini into shreds and mix well with salt. Squeeze out the water. Chop the leek into mince. Then put the fresh meat, zucchini, leek and dried shrimps in a large bowl

Add oyster sauce and rice bran oil and mix well to form a filling (check whether to add salt according to taste)

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put appropriate amount of filling

Put the dough up to cover the meat filling

Pinch both ends together to form an ingot shape

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a little salt, add wontons, push them gently with the back of a spoon to prevent them from sticking to the pot. After the water boils, order cold water twice
