Orange peel and grapefruit sauce
Overview
Time flies so fast, and it’s almost the Mid-Autumn Festival again in a blink of an eye! Various mooncakes are always made during the Mid-Autumn Festival every year, and preparations start early. The orange peel sauce I made today can be soaked in water to drink, or it can be used as a filling for mooncake desserts. It can be soaked directly in water. The taste and flavor are similar to honey grapefruit tea. Adding a little to the filling will also enhance the taste.

Remove the outer layer of the grapefruit flesh and break it into small pieces. When the orange peel is cooked and there is no more juice, add the grapefruit

It's done until the water in the grapefruit has completely evaporated. The prepared orange peel and grapefruit sauce can be soaked in water or used as filling. I’ll just eat it when it’s ready, haha
