Pearl meatballs with egg yolk filling
Overview
I saw that my daughter likes salted egg yolk in moon cakes, so when I made pearl balls, I added some egg yolk to it. It tasted so good that once I took a bite, my mouth was filled with the aroma of egg yolk.

Soak glutinous rice overnight, drain and set aside

Three salted egg yolks

Add minced ginger, scallions, and potatoes to the meat, add some light soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence and corn starch and stir clockwise
