Spinach in Soup
Overview
The spinach used in this dish is as delicious as shepherd's purse. I have been busy these days and have no time to dig out shepherd's purse, so I made it with spinach. I share it with you to remind you not to miss this delicious way to eat.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients. If you use baby spinach, you don’t need to blanch it. If you use shepherd’s purse, you need to blanch it in advance and set aside.
-
Peel the preserved eggs and cut them into small pieces, fluff the garlic, shred the onions, slice the ginger, and prepare two non-pepper red peppers to add a special aroma.
-
Pour oil into the wok, first add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the preserved egg and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Then add broth or water and boil. Using broth and bone broth can make the whole dish more delicious. No need to worry about it, just water will do.
-
Add spinach and boil, season with salt and mushroom powder, turn off the heat and drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
-
Very fragrant and delicious.
