Cut the tofu into thin slices and cut the pork blood into slices.

Preheat the wok and add an appropriate amount of oil. When the oil heats up, put the tofu in it and fry until both sides are golden brown.

Pour in the pig blood.

Stir-fry for a few times, then add salt, Nande, and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Stir fry for a while, add some water and simmer for a while.
