Fancy Fruit Bagels
Overview
Children's Day is such a distant holiday. I have long lost any interest in festivals, but my little friends are always happy to celebrate various festivals. Because the holidays mean gifts, toys, and delicious food. What qualifies as delicious? I wonder if this fancy fruit bagel counts? The so-called fruits are actually dried fruits. The cranberry and raisin dough is tied into knots and put into angel food cake molds to become a large bagel like a corolla. I wonder if this kind of bread is delicious in the eyes of little friends?
