Place an appropriate amount of dried cranberries in the middle of the top dough sheet.

Roll up the dough sheet from bottom to top. Pinch the opening tightly.

Use a knife to cut it in half from the middle.

Place the cut side down and place in a 6-piece cake mold.

Place in a warm place for secondary fermentation. After the second round, brush the surface with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
