Select half a pineapple

Take out the pineapple meat in the middle, being careful not to damage the whole thing.

Cut the pineapple meat into cubes, and cut the other vegetable ingredients into cubes. (You can choose many kinds of vegetables, choose according to your own preferences. The same goes for meat, you can replace it with shrimps or fresh meat. Here I use dried meat)

Make all preparations. Includes rice.

Use a frying spoon to scramble the eggs first, then add the fried meat, various vegetables, and finally the pineapple.

Then stir-fry the rice and side dishes evenly. Use curry powder to adjust the color to golden brown.

Then put the fried rice into the pineapple bowl prepared earlier, put it in the pot and steam it over medium heat for about 15 minutes
