Add appropriate amount of water to the casserole and bring to a boil.

Turn to low heat, add dried rose flowers and cook for 2 minutes, then remove.

Add washed rice.

Add rock sugar, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until the rice porridge becomes thick, turn off the heat and serve, then sprinkle with roses.
