Choy sum and egg buns
Overview
Children don’t like to eat stir-fried green vegetables, but they like to eat them when they are made into steamed buns or dumplings. Isn’t it very nutritious to steam a few vegetable-filled steamed buns in the morning and pair them with a bowl of polenta paste?

Steps
-
Mix flour, angel yeast, and a little sugar, then add warm water and knead into a dough.
-
Heat the pan and add some fried minced garlic.
-
Put the blanched cabbage, vermicelli, and super eggs into the fried garlic oil, add oyster sauce, salt, and sesame oil and mix into the filling.
-
Let the dough double in size, roll into long strips, cut into small sections, and roll into round buns.
-
Fold in one direction and wrap into shape.
-
Let the wrapped buns wake up for a while, then steam them in the pot. Turn off the heat 15 minutes after the water boils, and then open the lid after two minutes. This can prevent the buns from shrinking.

Look, the steamed buns are pretty good!
