Braised pork ribs
Overview
Braised pork ribs is a fire skill dish. The pork ribs need to be stewed until they are crispy and fall off the bones without losing their shape. Wash the ribs, chop into small pieces and put them in the pot under cold water.

Blanch to remove blood foam and impurities.

Remove and rinse with warm water.

Wash the bok choy and cut it into two sections, cut the green onions into sections, cut the ginger into cubes, and pat them lightly with a knife.

Blanch the bok choy thoroughly in boiling water, then cool it in clean water, drain and set aside.

Place the stainless steel backing plate into the pot first, then the inner pot. Pour clean water into the water tank at the edge of the inner pot, and gently turn the lid of the inner pot to distribute the water evenly in the tank.

Close the lid and press the function button to select slow cook. The default time is 3 hours.
