We all know that tofu is a delicacy on the daily dinner table. It is white and tender and delicious after cooking. It is also rich in protein. It can be regarded as a delicacy with both taste and connotation. In our New Year's Eve dinner, tofu is indispensable on the table. Tofu is a homophone of "fighting for fortune" and contains the meaning of good luck and praying for more blessings in the new year.

Spread a thin layer of salt on the tofu and marinate it for a while, then fry it in a pan until both sides are browned.

Let cool and then cut into strips.

Cut the auxiliary ingredients into sections and cut the red pepper into shreds.

Cut the pork into thin slices and marinate with soy sauce, cornstarch and a little peanut oil for five minutes.

Add the marinated pork slices to the pot of cold oil and stir-fry over high heat. Fry until the pork changes color and set aside.
