  1. Spread a thin layer of salt on the tofu and marinate it for a while, then fry it in a pan until both sides are browned.

  3. Cut the auxiliary ingredients into sections and cut the red pepper into shreds.

  4. Cut the pork into thin slices and marinate with soy sauce, cornstarch and a little peanut oil for five minutes.

  5. Add the marinated pork slices to the pot of cold oil and stir-fry over high heat. Fry until the pork changes color and set aside.
